- How do I book you?

Schedule a free consultation or send a message from the "contacts" link at the top of the page where we can discuss your needs and how I can help you.
When you are ready to schedule us for a photo shoot or wedding, we will send you an invoice to pay your deposit or shoot in full.
Once the payment is made, your date and time are confirmed and reserved with us.

- Where are you located?

We are based in the Greater Rochester NY area we are proud to serve our customers wherever needed.
Whether it's Rochester, Buffalo, the Finger Lakes, another part of the state, another state, or even another country, we are here for you.

- How much is the deposit?

A minimum of 50% deposit is required when booking weddings, with the remainder due no later than 2 months before the wedding date.
When you book us for a date and time, we are exclusively yours for that time. We want to give you our best and make sure you get the best.
If you need help with this, we will work with you.

We accept all forms of payment, including Checks or Credit Cards.
- Do you have a cancellation policy?

We are human and we understand that sometimes things happen.
For mutual consideration and running our business, we have the following policies in place. We operate as a transparent business and want to be fair to our customers while we also have to be fair to our own business.
Cancellation policy for Weddings
Should a wedding booking be canceled from a customer's side: We are happy to reschedule you for another date. If we are not available on that date, you can choose a different date. Please note that deposits that are not the total amount are non-refundable.
If a wedding was paid in full as a deposit, you will receive a refund of 50% within 60 days.
- What kind of Weddings do you do? How much coverage do you offer?

We do all kinds of weddings!
These will vary based on the needs of the bride and groom-to-be.
Here are some more common ones with a rough idea of how long the coverage is for each.
Elopements & Micro Weddings
4-6 Hours.
Traditional Weddings w/ Ceremony, Formals, Reception
6-8 Hours.
Traditional Weddings w/ Getting Ready, First Looks, Ceremony, Formals, Reception
8-12 Hours.
Ethnic and Cultural Weddings
Vary by what traditions are included and if they are in one day or across multiple days.
Destination Weddings
These will vary by the needs of the couple. Typically there is travel and lodging involved and the time limit is flexible. After all, we are there for YOU. :)
- How does extended time work for Weddings?

We do our best to accommodate all of your needs in the time that you have booked us for. We are generally flexible if something goes over and don't seek to leave anyone hanging when time delays happen. That's not how we do things.
We want to be there for you and want to make sure we get everything you want.
However, there are situations where the time can be much longer than was originally agreed upon, beyond the scope of reasonable consideration and accommodation.
For that reason, we offer additional time for weddings, charged as an additional fee that must be paid at the time of the request as we also have to pay our staff extra.
- Do you offer print products?

Yes!
We work with the best printers out there to get you the best quality photographic prints, canvasses, metal prints, acrylics, albums, and more.
We also offer packages and an a la carte menu with our product offerings, presented to our customers after your pictures are ready.
- How long have you been doing this?

We have been operating as a company for seven years, with experience going back 20+ years. Our combined experience goes back even further. :)
- What's the turnaround time like?

Weddings
These are generally turned around within 30 days, given the scope of the wedding and how long it is.
- Are you able to edit the images?

We professionally edit all our images to the highest standards.
We pride ourselves on quality and making our customers look their best in every way.
- Can I share my pictures from our shoot on social media?

Absolutely!
We love that you love your images and are so happy to share them with the world!
The only thing that we ask is that you give us photo credit for any of our images that are shared or published.
- Do you photograph weddings all year round?

Yes!
We work in all seasons on any day of the week when we are needed.
That includes anywhere in the world where you would like us to be. :)
- Our wedding photographer is M.I.A. and we can't get ahold of him/her/them! Can you shoot our wedding?

Believe it or not, this has happened and we HAVE come to their rescue!
We would hope that it would never come to that point for anyone, but the reality is that sometimes things like this do happen.In certain situations, we can help you with this request.
Please keep in mind that if there is less than two weeks' notice, we charge an additional fee on top of what you book with us, as there are a lot of moving parts on our side that we have to do beforehand.If there is less than 48 hours notice for an urgent wedding photography request, our additional fee is doubled.
- Can you give me the negatives from the photoshoot?

We do not offer digital negatives or RAW files from our shoots to our customers. Allow us to use our years of expertise to make you look your best.
